Responsive Support Services.
Our range of Support Services provides hardware maintenance for system breakdowns and required fixes along with telephone assistance and software updates. We offer varying service level packages which have been developed based on our customer requirements.

  • Access to the Prism Portal to track the real time progress of your technical issue
  • Downloadable software updates enabling new features and prevention from software vulnerabilities

 

Proactive Support Services.
Prism's Proactive Support Services in contrast to the Responsive Support Services are designed as pre planned activities (vs. reactive) which, when layered upon the Responsive Support Service offering ensure full spectrum of support.

  • Customized monitoring ciritical devices as requested
  • Proactive communiction relating to alarms/alerts requiring attention
  • Enhanced Prism Portal access for detailed reports, trend analysis and capacity planning

 

 

Technical Training.
Ensures that your technical team has the specific training needed to respond appropriately to technical issues, maximize the benefit of the technical solutions.

 

Service Review Session.
Conducted quarterly, the Service Review Session is led by Prism's Lead Engineer, Technical Account Manager and Sales Account Manager to ensure that customers are receiving maximum benefit from the products purchased and have a clear understanding of upcoming product enhancements, potential opportunities or threats within the environment and a thorough review of the Data Center reports and resolutions.
