Prism’s approach to project management uses a structure focused on clearly defining and understanding the acceptance criteria so that projects are completed on time and within budget.
We offer two levels of project management tailored to meet the scale of the project:
:: Comprehensive Project Management:
- Aimed at the demands of complex projects
- Certified project manager is allocated for the duration of the project and the project concludes with an end of project report, project handover meeting and post-project review
- Includes comprehensive project documentation and resources such as internal and external kick off meetings, detailed project plans, regular updates and detailed reports
:: Project Coordination.
- Best solution for projects where after-sales deliverables (e.g. documentation) warrant a degree of formal handover and project sign off includes a dedicated project co-ordinator, standard documentation such as a project scoping document and project team overview, and concludes with a support handover meeting
